At TrojanTrack, we believe that early detection is key to equine wellbeing. TrojanTrack was founded by biomedical engineers who saw a gap between the lab-grade gait analysis tools available at veterinary hospitals and what yards actually need day to day. Existing solutions required wearable sensors, treadmills, or expensive clinic visits. We built a system that uses AI pose estimation to analyse a horse's movement from a standard smartphone video, comparing each scan to the horse's own historical baseline rather than population averages. The result is a tool that fits into a normal yard routine and gives you objective data every day, not just when something is already wrong.

Stephen O’Dwyer
Founder
Biomedical engineer by training, Stephen built the first TrojanTrack prototype during the Enterprise Ireland New Frontiers programme. He has led the company from concept through to commercial launch, handling product development, fundraising, and operations. Named in the Irish Independent's 30 Under 30 and winner of the SportX 'Biggest Impact on Sport' award.
Ross McElroy
Chief Commercial Officer
A lifelong equestrian, Ross grew up in the showjumping world and brings 15 years of deal-making experience across London and Dublin property markets. He leads TrojanTrack's commercial activity, managing ambassador relationships and driving new customer acquisition across Ireland, the UK, and beyond.

Eamonn brings 35 years of commercial finance experience across multiple sectors. He provides strategic financial oversight, ensuring TrojanTrack scales efficiently while maintaining tight cost discipline

Allen has spent 25 years building and scaling B2B SaaS products, including roles at Buy4Now and Wynshop. He owns the product roadmap, UX, and compliance workflows at TrojanTrack, shipping a polished app on lean budgets with a customer-first approach.
